Lovely decorated apartment with nice view, gym facilities, indoor pool access

The air conditioning system was perplexing!!! Not having dedicated parking made arriving quite inconvenient, forcing us to navigate to a distant parking area.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, clean hotel in general.

The atmosphere created was quiet!

We loved the beautiful decor and spacious suite, but parking options were tricky. The indoor pool's accessibility at any time was a highlight.

Location: the hotel was just off the centre of the cities old town, the Center of Livorno and many nice bars and restaurants. There was Incarne Ristorante Macelleria, located nearby, where we relaxed. We appreciated rooms with hot tub.

1. Parking was tricky

The whirlpool on our porch was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring Livorno.

Navigating the area for parking was quite a challenge, making our arrival a bit stressful.

The stay was fantastic! We loved the spacious suite with a spa bath, which provided a relaxing retreat after exploring Livorno. The nearby attractions, like Piazza Grande and Old Fortress, were easily accessible on foot. We also enjoyed the great amenities, particularly the whirlpool on our porch, which was perfect for unwinding. It’s a little far from the train station for walking, but getting a taxi or taking the bus is very easy.

Great amenities like the fitness center and lovely swimming pool. Parking was a hassle though.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

The view was amazing, and we couldn't get enough of the gym and indoor pool. The kids loved the in-room breakfast too. Just wished parking was more straightforward. It was tricky navigating the area.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. We loved riding bikes along the beautiful promenade and exploring the history of the area. The breakfast was an excellent start to our days, with plenty of options to keep us fueled. The 24/7 pool access was a huge bonus too!

Driving around was tricky, especially since the apartment is on a pedestrian walkway. It took us a while to figure it out when we first arrived.

The convenient location made it easy to get a bus from the station to the hotel. I appreciated the nearby restaurant choices for dinner, and breakfast was excellent. The staff provided a map that helped us enjoy a wonderful walking tour of Livorno at our own pace. This well-appointed accommodation offered a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.

Enjoying the amenities, particularly the 24/7 pool, was a highlight, and indulging in freshly prepared breakfast dishes was good. Navigating the area was challenging, with tricky access due to the pedestrian walkway and some noise issues at night that impacted sleep.

This place offers a peaceful room with a spotless bathroom, modern amenities, and a fantastic location just a short walk from a historic fort, along with exceptionally friendly staff.
